1) Responsible for primary level Chinese language teaching and implementation of the Schoo's teaching standardsand requirements to ensure quality language teaching.
負責小學語文課程的教學,執行學校教學標準及要求，確保優質語文教學質量;
2) Develop and implement scienically proven teaching plans and methodologies based on age groups andlearning traits.
根據學生年齡性格及學習特點，制定實施科學有效的教學方案及方法;
3) Design homework and provide guidance to students, customize methodologies according to student needs,coaching them patiently and encourage them to explore more.
設計并指導學生作業，對學生因材施教，耐心指導、鼓勵探究;
4) Participate in researches organized by the School to enhance professionalism and teaching skills on an ongoingbasis;
參加學校組織的教研、不斷提升專業水平及授課技巧;
5) Gain thorough understanding towards leaming and other aspects of each student, deliver outcome -orientededucation and maintain active dialogues with parents about student learning.
全面了解學生學習及其他情況，針對性教育教學，積極與家長交流學生學習情況。
